I am pleased to announce the following appointments to the NAYBC Committee.
Martin Woodworth is appointed as the NAYBC Youth Development Manager. This is a key role as the NAYBC works to build support for bowling at grassroots level. Martin brings a wealth of experience with him having worked with Manchester Lightning YBC and Lancashire CTBA for 10 years, along with process improvement and management skills from his day job as an IT consultant.
Stephen Toop joins as NAYBC Youth Tours Manager. Stephen is a member of the Berkshire TBA council and has previously held active roles at Newbury YBC. In addition, he brings essential change management skills and process improvement / implementation experience to the position.
Neil Taylor will take up the post of NAYBC Communication Officer reporting to Helen Tamblyn, BTBA Head of Communications & PR. Neil is Lead coach for London YBC and London TPBA Secretary/Treasurer and has built excellent comms programmes for both of these roles.
Loraine Harding will move to the new role of NAYBC Logistics and Projects Manager. Loraine previously held the NAYBC Tournament Director position and recently demonstrated her organisational expertise in the arrangements for the Youth Triple Crown and will be able to bring her marketing expertise to the NAYBC.
Jayne McCarthy fills the position of NAYBC Business Development Manager and will be instrumental in relationship building with our existing and new partners. Jayne is experienced in building a business from the ground up and managing supplier relationships.
